Hello New Families!
Kindergarten is officially underway, and what a wonderful start it has been! Those first-day jitters and nervous faces are quickly turning into smiles, giggles, and new friendships. These first few weeks are all about getting to know one another, building a strong classroom community, and learning our school routines and expectations.
This week, we started exploring some of our math tools, and we read several books about the beginning of school—stories that helped us talk about the feelings and experiences we’re all sharing during this exciting transition.

Important Dates:
September 1st ~ NO SCHOOL -> Labor Day
September 4th ~ PTO Welcome Back Picnic (5:30-7:00p)
September 10th ~ Student Early Release Day (2 hours earlier than normal)
September 25th ~ Student Picture Day
September 26th ~ Annual Zucchini Relays (more info to come)
